    About 50,000 of roughly 250,000 children in the 12-15 year-old-age group have received one shot of a coronavirus vaccine. Many children indicated that peer pressure helped them make a decision to get a shot. In Finland young teens can decide whether or not to
    get the jab.

    Like most other countries in Europe, Finland experienced an exceptionally warm July this year. Warm temperatures were recorded on 24 days - 8 days were above the average for July. The highest temperature of 34° was recorded in Heinola (southern Finland.)
