I've searched Kemijärvi, Kuusamo, Rovaniemi and Sodankylä for birth and marriage records of my Vuorijärvi, Kaisala and Lassila ancestors. I've found bits and pieces in the rippikirja in Kemijärvi and Salla, but not in births and marriages for this time. Any suggestions or just not available? Looking for the marriage of Matti Olli Juhanpoika Vuorijärvi (later Lassila) and Anna Reeta Juhantytär Kairala, probably c 1875-1877. Their 8 children born 1878-1895.
