I placed an article and recipe for Famine Bread (Bark Bread) on Delphi, and someone has contacted me wanting to know where they can buy bark meal. Does anyone have an answer? I think the bread is baked at Kilen Museum, but I have no idea if bark meal is available in the US. What could be used as a substitute?
