In Seattle the Finnish American community, some 15 organizations strong, will be hosting a summer festival celebrating Finland's 90th year of independence with dance, song, food, speeches at Vasa Park all day Saturday August 25. On Dec. 2, a gala banquet and dance is scheduled. The SFHS Quarterly will list the events for Seattle in its Calendar.
