Just watched a program where a fairly young fellow tours the country, sampling foods from various areas... he was in MN and visited a store that sells Scandinavian food of all kinds.. he sampled the lefse and liked it, then he saw dried fish and asked about it... he learned it was called lutfisk and had to be soaked and cooked before eating. He took a bite of it in the raw state, and said it tasted like dried cod.. then they cooked some for him and he tasted it... and he liked it! So he ate all of it...
