The GSF server is still terribly slow!

Sorry people.

The server we're using is the server of the Genealogical Society of Finland... and for some time they have had problems with the capacity of the server. Slows down every now and then. The 504 -error is a common greeting and means that the webserver have been waiting too long for the database server - and thus gives up after a certain amount of seconds if the database isn't answering fast enough.

I'm waiting for the GSF server responsible to fix the problem... Hopefully anytime soon.

Thanks for the update, Hasse. Yes, it has been very slow and many times it tells me to try again at a later time.
