I have been searching for some relatives to me and my husband who emmigrated to Canada. I found this link:

It´s Local Histories Collection. It´s books with stories and articles with for example people who have emmigrated from Finland and Sweden. I searched for names, Finland, Vaasa etc. in "Search fulltext", and find lots of stories.
Maybe you already knows about this. I didn´t!
