  • Farm machinery music

Don't know if it's real or not, but very interesting to watch and listen:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uuA7fG58KI

This incredible machine was built as a collaborative effort between the
Robert M. Trammell Music Conservatory and the Sharon Wick School of Engineering at the University of Iowa . Amazingly, 97% of the machine's components came from John Deere Industries and Irrigation Equipment of Bancroft , Iowa....Yes, farm equipment.

It took the team a combined 13,029 hours of set-up, alignment, calibration, and tuning before filming this video. As you can see, it was WELL worth the effort.

    Incredible machine

Actually it is a very good computer graphics and no John Deere parts at all. This prankster has been around several years. "The machine is supposedly a collaborative effort between the Robert M. Trammell Music Conservatory and the Sharon Wick School of Engineering but if you search the campus high and low you’ll never find either of those buildings. They don’t exist."

Severalother computer animations exist from the same company - and can be viewed here.

More about the animation and the hoax can be read here.
