That would certainly depend heavily upon the definition of a breezy room?

I would surmise that the required room should be strongly anchored to the building in which it was located.

But even if the room were moving about, the product should perform as advertised.

It would be possible to use the product on a moving train or ocean vessel so long as the room was anchored securely to the rooms adjacent.

I believe this answers the question succinctly and in a straightforward manner.
