Heat wave in Finland!

Just heard from a cousin in Karleby (located up near the Arctic Circle) and he said it was 84° F there.. they don't have air conditioning and have been suffering from the heat.

Yes, it has been quite warm recently. Significantly warmer in northern Scandinavia than in Southern Europe. Snow falling in Spain etc., etc.
